Casey Lennox practices primarily in the areas of creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. In her practice, Casey routinely:

  • Represents institutional and non-traditional lenders in commercial loan matters, including workouts, collateral liquidation and litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts;
  • Advises SBA lenders on conducting servicing, liquidation and litigation activities in compliance with SBA requirements (including SOP 50 57);
  • Handles post-judgment collection matters, including discovery in aid of execution, garnishment, proceedings supplementary and fraudulent transfer litigation;
  • Represents secured and unsecured creditors and other interested parties in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings;
  • Represents businesses of all sizes in breach of contract, landlord-tenant, business tort, employment and other commercial litigation matters; and
  • Represents parties in shareholder/partnership/LLC member disputes and litigation.

Prior to founding Lennox Law, P.A. in 2013 with her husband, Andrew Lennox, Casey was a senior associate attorney in the commercial litigation department of the Tampa-based law firm Hill, Ward & Henderson, P.A. She also previously served as a temporary law clerk to the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida.
